We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The restaurant had good food and reasonable prices. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold items.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were spotless. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was fresh and tasty. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, close enough to the city center to visit the attractions, but far enough to have privacy. We loved the fact that the hotel had its own garden, the vegetables were fresh and delicious.
The lack of signage made it difficult to find the property, which was frustrating for us. the room we stayed in was a little dark during the daytime due to the lack of natural light.

The hotel had a good variety of breakfast options and comfortable beds that were cleaned daily. the friendly staff were always happy to help with suggestions of things to do during the day. the spacious suite had enough room for our family to relax after a long day trip.
The restaurant had limited options for dinner, which meant that we had to go out searching for food in the city.

The location was great! We were close to a national park, which had breathtaking views that made our Christmas holiday memorable. the beds were quite comfortable, which was great after a long day of exploring.
The staff was unfriendly and almost seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance. Despite some key facts being offered, the lack of a warm welcoming attitude was quite disheartening.
